I am passionate about bringing you more joy, openness, and lightness to your being. Yoga transformed my life, and helped me discover a sense of freedom in calm and stillness. I’ve always been active in fitness and wellness, however it was only when I got injured, did I truly find freedom how stillness and pain could coexist and heal. Yoga was my gateway to finding the buried treasure inside me. It strengthens my body, and stills my mind.

As an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor from Enlighten Yoga, I bring you my expertise, guidance, and support on and off the mat. I offer both private individual classes and semi-private group classes. These classes are intimate and allow you to focus on your form, and reach the goals you set for yourself.
